In Roblox's Animal Hospital (Anomaly), you'll need to keep a close eye on the patients who walk in to see whether they're an anomaly. There are a couple of different methods you can use to differentiate normal animals from anomalies, but sometimes you might let one slip by accident, which can end up making you lose Sanity, or even worse, a patient in the clinic.
To make sure your patients are safe and the clinic runs smoothly, here's a list of the different types of anomalies we've spotted so far at Animal Hospital.
If we find more during our playthrough, we'll be sure to update the list accordingly. And if you have any tips for us, make sure to drop a comment, and we might even add your information to the guide to help players out.

All Patient Anomalies in Roblox's Animal Hospital
Head Banger
Occasionally, a "patient" with hollowed-out eyes will start banging its head against the glass. Try not to go up to them and ask them to leave, or else you'll get jump-scared and lose 20 Sanity. Instead, bring the NPC some coffee, and they'll leave without causing you to lose Sanity. To avoid completely wasting the fresh pot of coffee, take two sips, then use the third for the "head banger."
Eventually, the head banger will break the glass and then leave on its own if you don't approach it. The shattering of the glass won't affect gameplay, but it does prevent the head banger from returning.
Twitchy Movements
Some patients will come up to the counter and will immediately start twitching their arms or rolling their necks in a strange way. As soon as you spot something out of the ordinary, go ahead and hit that red shutter button to make the guest go away. Make sure to open the shutters back up to let the next potential patient in.

Drawn on Face/Smile
If you spot a potential patient with poorly drawn-on eyes or a mouth with a creepy smile, there's a good chance it's an anomaly.
Blurry Photo
If you take a look at a patient's photograph and the image is a little fuzzy, you have another anomaly on your hands.
Sometimes, looking at a photo of an anomaly can cause you to lose Sanity. Because of this, make sure to look at the photo on the table after it develops instead of picking it up.
Hollowed Eyes
If you spot an NPC with strange, hollowed-out eyes, pull the shutter down or use the taser to get rid of them.
Human Teeth
If you see a potential patient with scary-looking human teeth and big eyes, send them away!
Black Bar on Camera
Even if a patient appears normal, always check the security cameras. Sometimes you might see a weird black bar over the patient's face, revealing an anomaly. You might also be able to spot differences from the camera version of the NPC, like different ears — if you spot a discrepancy, it's more than likely an anomaly.
